Test Recipy
1. Nut Milk 1 cup nuts, soaked 4-6 hours I teaspoon lecithin 4 cups water 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 pinch salt Blend all of the ingredients in Vita Mix on high for at least 1 minute. Strain through a nut milk bag using a spoon to push as much of the liquid through as possible. Add agave to sweeten to taste if required. Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
